What the purchase includes

The offer is the current Chartwise plugin as a digital download package at the price shown on the pricing page. It is not a separate premium edition. Your AI coding tool, model usage, and any third-party services are separate from this package.

Open-source license

Chartwise remains MIT-licensed. The free source and installation route remain available. Buying the package does not replace or restrict the MIT license; copyright and license notices remain with the software.

Digital delivery

This is a downloadable software package, with no physical shipment. Paid delivery is not active in this preview. The delivery process will be available when sales open; no orders or payments are accepted now.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are available for broken or undelivered downloads. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for a correctly delivered, working package, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies when a product does not match its description.

For a delivery problem or refund request, email support with your order reference and a description of the issue. Never send card details, passwords, or API keys.
